We have been awarded a new patent from the Danish Patent and Trademark Office. The patent has number 177939 and it has the title ‘A method for linearization of the output of an analog-to-digital converter and measuring instruments using such method’. This invention is especially relevant for heat meters using a microcontroller with a low resolution, high speed AD converter. Miitors now holds 3 Danish patents and 1 US patent in addition to a number of patent applications not yet issued.
